Is my information private?
Yes, your information is private from everyone including staff members. We have a 24 hour team to protect all of our information from hackers with a very protective firewall. All of your information is 100% safe with us. 
Where is my order?
If you made an order and received your order number, then your order is on its way. You will receiving a tracking number within 7 business days. If you do not see any emails from us in your primary or spam folder, please send us an email at EMFradiationProtection1@gmail.com
How long does shipping take?
After your order has been placed, your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. U.S and international delivery normally takes 10-15 business days. We have no control over your order when it is in transit nor can we speed up the shipping times. Please be patient and you will receive your order. Thank you.
How do I track my order?
Just go to "track my order" on our menu at the top of the page and fill in your order number or tracking number. If you are having trouble using our tracking service, go to 17Track.net and insert your tracking number.
Do you give refunds?
Yes we do. If you recently placed an order, we can cancel your order and give you a full refund. If your order is in transit, we cannot refund your money. Once you receive your items and you still wish to receive a refund, you can send us an email at EMFradiationProtection1@gmail.com and we will send you a return address to send the items to and when we receive the items, you will receive a refund.
Notice, refunds to your bank take a few days to process.

We are working very hard to answer your email in a timely manner. Weekends our customer service team has off so you may not get a respond on the weekends.
